Building: The Parioli

Parioli, the new development at 114 Mulberry Street that is has been built in collaboration with Fischer+Makooi Architects, is a mixed-use building with 23 residential units — ranging from 467 to 1094 square feet — and a commercial space of 6,993 square feet.The interior design, by ArchiGeo4, is inspired by a 1960’s Italian style based on a concept called “La Dolce Vita”, which comes alive through materials, furniture, and the iconic art adorning the interior with Italian icons, including such greats as Marcello Mastroianni, Anita Ekberg, and Sophia Loren. Continuing off of this motif: from the bathrooms to the kitchens to the Travertino stone lobby, the furniture, wall panels, and chandeliers are designed and made in Italy. Parioli at 114 Mulberry Street will ensure you live in utmost style, comfort, and convenience, and will come equipped with bicycle storage, a laundry room, and a rooftop terrace for breathtaking city views.
