Building: The One

The One is a 35-story, 439-unit apartment tower in the Powerhouse Arts District of downtown Jersey City. Located at 110 First Street, the building was completed in 2015 and is part of the Jersey City waterfront redevelopment resurgence.

There are studio units as well as 1-and 2-bedrooms. All apartments have hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops, in-unit washers and dryers, and dishwashers. The building has a 24-hour attended lobby and features amenities such as storage, covered parking, emergency maintenance services, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, recreational room, media center, and a clubhouse. A medical group also leases space in the building, providing medical care opportunities to residents.

Aside from the restaurant space on the ground floor of The One, plenty of other dining and shopping options are within easy walking distance in the Powerhouse Arts District. The Hudson River Waterfront Walkway is close by and The One is also convenient to public transportation, grocery stores, and the New York Harbor. Liberty State Park is just a short drive away, as well as New York City, which can also be accessed via PATH train or ferry.
