This complex is offering affordable apartments via the NY HDC housing lottery. Available to applicants who qualify are 40% AMI pricing options (available for those whose annual household income ranges from $20,675 to $48,400) and 100% AMI pricing options (available for those whose annual household income ranges from $37,852 to $121,000) where applicants who live in Community Board 2 will receive a general preference for the apartments. After the deadline, applications are selected for review through a lottery process and if you are selected you will be invited to an interview to continue the process of determining your eligibility.

The housing lottery closes on 8/27/18. Move-ins will begin in the winter
