Building: The Library

A testament to modern elegance and adaptive reuse architecture, The Library is a one-of-a-kind new development condominium nestled in the heart of the Lower East Side. Designed to incorporate the original 1905 McKim, Mead & White structure that served as the downtown branch of the New York Public Library, the building façade consists of a pair of square Corinthian columns and an elegant entablature and parapet.
