Building: The Langston

Located on 145th Street between Frederick Douglass Blvd (8th Ave) and Bradhurst Avenue, The Langston Condominium is a full-service Harlem condominium with a 24-hour attended lobby, live-in super, courtyard, building laundry, bike storage room, gym, ATM, and on-site parking garage. Named after the notable Mr. Langston Hughes, The Langston Condominium was developed by Gotham and the Richman Group from 2005-2006 in partnership with NYC HPD’s Cornerstone Program. The Langston Condominium set a new standard for service, design and value in the neighborhood when it was built, and it has maintained its desirability over time. The residences are a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and many on the first, third and 9thh (penthouse) floors have generous private terraces.
