Additional apartment features include Wi-Fi connected Bosch washer and dryers, hybrid ovens with convection and air fryer capabilities, walk-in closets and consistent design elements that impart the same character and charm seen throughout the building.

Every element of the architecture at The Hendrix is thoughtfully designed. In addition to a convenience store and Aussie-born and internationally renowned Bourke Street Bakery, the building will be home to a custom-built public theater and art gallery operated by Jersey City arts organization, Art House Productions. Illuminated glass penthouse panels and a proper marquee will transform The Hendrix at dusk into a beacon of community arts within the downtown Jersey City neighborhood.
