Building: SPRING

Built in 1927 by famed architect Cass Gilbert, 225 Lafayette overlooks the City Hall Park and stands today among the elite of SoHo/NoHo residences. Foreign investments converted this 14-story former East River Savings Bank Building into 40 beautiful residences and 12,000sq ft of retail space in 2004.
