Conceived by renowned architect Stephen B. Jacobs the Sioné is an eclectic fusion of the grit of the lower east side realized by a sophisticated partnership of professionals, bringing together a vision of art, culture, architecture, and distinguished living.

The Sioné features a part-time attended lobby paired with Butterfly MX virtual doorman services to provide a seamless service line inclusive of package handling, access to the building, and the safety of the residents.

The flooring in each unit is wide plank, European white oak with a clear matte finish. All appliances have been panelized to maintain the elegant look and feel of this truly elevated finish package. Countertops and backsplashes are a SileStone white slab complimented by Grohe fixtures.

Bathrooms at the Sioné are also outfitted with LineaDecor walnut designed cabinets as found in the kitchens, as well as Grohe, Moen & Kohler hardware and fixtures. Every residence at The Sioné comes with a Bosch washer and dryer.
