Building: Sendero Verde Phase II

The housing lottery for Sendero Verde Phase II is open until March 11th. The new 34 story tower building located in the East Harlem neighborhood of New York City, has 276 affordable units available through NYC Housing Connect 2.0. All units shown are representative of a unit that could be awarded through the lottery process.

All units in the project will be subject to Rent stabilization. Project amenities include an outdoor terrace, fitness center, community room, computer room, bicycle storage, package lockers, free secure in-unit access to broadband internet, and on-site laundry. Amenities are available to all building residents. Sendero Verde Phase II is a smoke-free building.
