Building: Schroeder Lofts

Constructed in 2007, Schroeder Lofts is a six-story condominium building in the Hamilton Park district of Jersey City. The building is owned and managed by Silverman, a local company that manages several other buildings in the area. This residential low-rise contains 58 residential units in total.

Schroeder Lofts offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom properties. All units have 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. All kitchens come with hardwood cabinetry, gas stoves, efficient and quiet dishwashers, and French door refrigerators. The bathrooms have stone tiles, radiant floor heating, and large tubs. North-facing lofts have views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, while south-facing lofts offer views of the historic Hamilton Park district of Jersey City.
