Building: RiverBridge Court

RiverBridge Court is a full service, 24 hour doorman, elevator building located in historic Hamilton Heights. Built in 2006, RiverBridge Court was designed by Meltzer/Mandl Architects and consists of a six story building connected by a scenic bridge to an eleven story building. The front building contains five 3 bedroom residences with keyed elevator entry as well as the full-time doorman. The second, larger building, has forty 2 bedroom residences and one 1 bedroom residence. Many of the 2 bedrooms also have private terraces. This building is also the location of the fitness room, bike storage, and a rooftop terrace with incredible views of the Hudson River. The common areas including the hallways, gym and roof terrace, were renovated and updated in 2016. RiverBrige Court has a resident superintendent as well as a full time porter. Located within minutes of all the great Hamilton Heights establishments such as; Harlem Public, Unione, Riverbank State Park and The Chipped Cup. The 1,A,C,B, and D trains are all easily accessible from RiverBridge Court. 421a abatement expires in 2033.
