Building: Plymouth Tower

Plymouth Tower, built in 1977 and converted to a cooperative in 1986, is a post-war, full service luxury building in the Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects, the building is situated on first avenue and extends the full block between 92nd and 93rd streets. The building has two large residential plazas, one at the building entrance with a granite and cobble paved entrance and the other with a lushly planted perennial garden and gazebo area with contemporary park benches and stone garden seats.
