The Park Regis, designed by Emery Roth & Sons and completed in 1974 for developer Peter Sharp, is a 33-story cooperative mid-block between Madison and Park Avenues on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Located in the heart of Carnegie Hill, where new hi-rise towers with clean lines mingle with pre-war low rise buildings and townhomes, this attractive modern tower is distinguished by its dark brown brick masonry with exposed concrete balconies

According to shareholders The Park Regis is run like a private hotel. The Resident Manager and staff are professional and responsive to residents’ day-to-day needs. There are 4 Passenger Elevators(two are pet free) and a staffed service car. There is a convenient on-site garage. Amenities include gym, laundry, luggage storage and bicycle room. Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Pied a terres are not permitted and Sub-letting is discouraged.

Carnegie Hill is at the center of 5th Avenue’s Museum Mile, offering some of the best art culture in the city. Mass transit options include downtown and crosstown buses and express and local trains for an easy commute around the city. The upper east side, always recognized for exclusive shopping and dining, has grown into a most livable neighborhood with the 86th Street shopping centers including Whole Foods and Fairway around the corner and the jogging path at Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir and Central Park at your doorstep.
