Building: Packard Condominium

This modern condo is unique in many ways. First, there are very few centrally-located condominiums like this. Second, it is both intimate (only 47 units) and offers amenities (doorman, laundry). Thirdly, the architecture is very unique. In addition to the oversized windows, the he building’s footprint is an “L”, so many of the apartments have multiple exposures and great light. Also, most of the apartments have dramatic 13’ ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and mezzanine level lofts with ceiling heights of around 6’. This is not a cookie-cutter building.
