Versatile 1375 sq. ft. function rooms (accommodates up to 120 visitors), constructed with all natural organic materials, are ensconced behind the lobby and adorned by a library filled with classics, creating an environment for reflection while optimized with the latest state-of-the-art technology.

At the gym and wellness center, residents and guests discover a dreamy pool, steam bath, sauna, and clarity chamber. The 799 sq. ft. subterranean dreamy pool delivers guests a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience amid a serene setting, a rarity in New York City. The spa has two treatment rooms, staffed by expert masseurs and estheticians, and is a place to detoxify, relax, cleanse, and soothe.
