Building: Lifesaver Lofts

The Lifesaver Lofts and Penthouses evolved from the complete restoration of the handsome industrial building where the Mint Products Company manufactured Life Saver mints from 1913 to 1916. Puissance Enterprises developed the space to create exquisite lofts and two ultra contemporary penthouses with exceptional outdoor space and incredible views of the city and river.

The Lofts, from 3,313 to 4,017 SF, feature original solid wood flooring, cast-iron columns and exposed brick walls. New, luxurious, contemporary amenities, such as large quiet industrial windows, top of the line kitchens and spa bathrooms couple seamlessly with the historic elements.
