La Touraine is an elegant pre-war building in the heart of Morningside Heights designed by Schwartz and Gross. Every apartment enjoys breathtaking sunrise views overlooking Morningside Park and West Harlem. Almost all apartments are 2-3 bedrooms and range from 1,100 to 1,800 feet (as previously listed).

La Touraine has a sister building in 54 Morningside Drive, the Mont Cenis, designed by the same architects.

50 Morningside Drive is situated down the block from the President of Columbia’s house and a block from the main Columbia University campus (which makes a beautiful 2 block walk from where the 1 train stops at 116th). Alternatively you can stroll down through Morningside Park past a playground or a large duck pond to make your way to the B/C trains at 116th and 110th Street on 8th Ave.
