38-44 Warren Street is a prewar 19th century structure known as the Keystone Building. Converted to condo lofts in the 1990’s and renovated most recently in 2001. The building is comprised of 24 apartment homes covering 10 stories. Located on the corner of warren between West Broadway and Church Streets. Because this building sits on the corner, many apartments have double exposure light, lots of great city views, and many beautiful arched windows to frame the sights.
