Building: Jackson Foundry Lofts

At the intersection of Jackson St and Manhattan Ave in Williamsburg, the Jackson Foundry Lofts offer luxury living in a repurposed Former Civil War munitions foundry. Later it became a book depository before being lovingly restored in 2007 to create 21 unique and modern loft condominium homes full of personality and authenticity. W/D in units. 3 ground floor units are duplexed with private backyards, two of which include enormous reinforced smoke stacks. 364 Manhattan Ave (5 units with separate entrance) is attached to 130 Jackson St and they together comprise the condominium. Most units have some sort of private outdoor space. Unique details were salvaged from the original building and incorporated seamlessly into these unique properties: a wrought-iron spiral staircase, a rolling vintage fire door, cast-iron capitals, beams, and magnificent timber floors.
