Building: Hudson Lights

Hudson Lights is a 12-story, 276-unit luxury rental building just one minute from the George Washington Bridge. It is part of a larger residential and commercial campus that includes an iPic movie theater, several restaurants, a pharmacy, and other retailers and services. It opened in late 2016.

Hudson Lights offers apartments ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom. Residents enjoy an outdoor pool area with a large sundeck, a fitness center with yoga room, a billiards lounge, a catering center and children’s play room. Individual apartments have state-of-the-art appliances, large walk-in closets, LED lighting, and luxurious touches like quartz countertops and white oak wood floors. Some residences also have private terraces with views of the Hudson River and New York City.
