Fultonhaus located at 119 Fulton Street is a striking, 15-story-plus-basement luxury residential condominium building of approximately 30,500 square feet. The project involved a conversion of the existing 7-floor, century-old stone facade building and a tower addition of 8 floors of steel and glass above. In order to add the 8 steel floors weighing in at 300 tons, additional reinforcement columns were added throughout the lower floors.
