Building: Forte

Designed by acclaimed architectural firm FXFOWLE, Forté is a luxury 30-story condomium located in the center of the expanding BAM Cultural District, already one of the most visionary centers for the arts in the world.

Located at 230 Ashland Ave., on a park block at the corner of Fulton Ave, the building is equidistant to historic Ft. Greene Park, the newly-invigorated Fulton Mall and the Atlantic Terminal, NYC’s third largest transportation hub, with virtually every express and local subway in the City as well as the LIRR. A few blocks more will take you to the new Barclay Center and, in the other direction, to Dekalb Ave’s reknown restaurant row.
