Building: Enclave at the Cathedral

Enclave at the Cathedral is situated on the 11+ acre campus of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Designed by award-winning Handel Architects, and with 24/7 concierge service, Enclave features 10,000 square feet of amenities. Enclave’s residences offer views of the Cathedral, Morningside Park, and on upper floors, the George Washington Bridge, Manhattan’s Uptown Landscape and the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.

Developed by The Brodsky Organization, owners and managers in New York City, Enclave at the Cathedral features two towers separated by the entrance to the Cathedral’s transept. The façade incorporates muted gray tones echoed in the stone of the Cathedral. The lobby follows suit, adorned with meditative white and gray stone, contrasting a black terrazzo floor that leads the way to the residents’ art gallery.

Designed to draw the residents together, Enclave contains more than 10,000 square feet of amenities, both inside and out. Enclave features a roof deck with south-facing views of the Cathedral and the City’s skyline, a landscaped terrace with grilling station, outdoor garden, screening area and direct views of Morningside Park. Just off the Morningside Terrace is a lounge with café. Off the residents’ art gallery is a game room, screening room, fitness center and a TULU Smart Rental Room.

The surrounding neighborhood includes Columbia University and Barnard College. Easy access to the 1, 2, 3, A, B, C and D subway lines puts the rest of the city within reach.
