Easily accessible from Yellowstone and Queens Boulevards and 108th Street, Continental Gardens is a multi-building cooperative with a live-in super, windowed laundry room, optional onsite indoor and outdoor parking, and allows both dogs and cats in the apartments. Subway and bus access is very convenient: the 67th avenue M/R subway station is only a 6-minute walk away with easy transfer to both E/F trains and the Q72 LGA Airport bus. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained with a central courtyard layout that unites the various buildings and provides both an elevated main entry and ramp access from ground level for pets and strollers.

Metro Management is the current managing agent for the building. Both management and the board have been very cooperative with the purchase process with reasonable turnaround with applications.
