Building: Broadway Towers

Located in the Washington Heights, Broadway Towers is composed of two twelve-story mixed-use elevator buildings located on the west side of Broadway between 173rd and 174th Street (4101 and 4113 Broadway). Among the main draws to the neighborhood for new residents is the ease of commuting to the major Manhattan employment centers. Transportation to Midtown Manhattan from the Property is located directly behind the Property on Ft. Washington Avenue. The “A” train enables commuters to use an express train service that facilitates commuting to mid-town Manhattan in approximately 20 minutes and to the Financial District in approximately 40 Minutes. The “1” train, located in the hospital plaza to the south, provides local train service for commuters and access to alternate midtown locations.
