Building: Berry Street Lofts

55 Berry Street was the first true loft condo conversion in the sought-after northside section of Williamsburg. Originally a knitting factory, the solid concrete building was constructed in 1910 and converted to luxury condos in 2005, with much of the original detail intact. In 2021 55 Berry Street completed a major rehab of the entire building and mechanical systems.
