Building: 950 Fifth Avenue

950 Fifth Avenue is a very elegant and exclusive landmarked building located between East 76th and 77th Streets. This intimate prewar building is comprised of just a handful (between 7 and 9) of residences (mostly duplexes) on 14 stories.

James E.R. Carpenter, a celebrated architect whose legacy includes over a dozen luxury buildings that shaped Upper Fifth Avenue, designed 950 Fifth Avenue. The building was erected in 1926.

950 Fifth Avenue’s prime Upper East Side location is across from Central Park, near Madison Avenue restaurants and stores, and (as of 9/16) zoned for PS 6 (a coveted elementary school). Access to public bus transportation is very good.
