930 Park Avenue is an elegant Renaissance Revival style building comprised of Roman brick, terra cotta, limestone, and granite. Designed by Schwartz & Gross, one of the architects whose numerous apartment houses helped shape the face of the Upper East and West Sides, the attractive structure was completed in 1916. This landmarked, intimate prewar cooperative building is comprised of only about 22 residences on 13 stories (typically only two per floor).

The building’s prime Upper East Side location between East 80th and East 81st Streets is close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, near local restaurants and retail, and (as of 9/16) zoned for PS 6 (a coveted elementary school). Access to public bus transportation is very good.
