Originally built as a co-op apartment building in 1962, The Harbor View Towers is one of the most unique buildings on Shore Road. Standing tall at 10 stories and clad in white brick, 8901 Shore Road was built as a modern ultra luxury apartment building with 2 super posh penthouses with wrap around terraces. Construction of this ilk would not be seen on Shore Road for over 40 years.

The Harbor View Towers is comprised of 52 units, all one and two bedroom units; the penthouses are 3 bedrooms each. All apartments come with balconies. The building has a full time doorman, laundry on each floor, and central heat and air conditioning.
