Building: 88 Jane Street

Built in 1952 this early post-war red brick building was converted to condominiums in 1983. 88 Jane Street is one out of a two five-story buildings including 88 Jane Street and 357 West 12th Street.

Apartment size ranges from 600 to 3000 square feet, with a number of duplexes. Varying level of renovations of kitchens and baths in the different units, however most units have great light, wood floors, and are facing either a quiet tree lined street or an interior courtyard.

Some of the units have skylights, private balconies or outdoor spaces. The duplex penthouses has floor to ceiling windows and private roof decks. A couple of units have wood burning fireplaces.
