Building: 87-50 111st Street

This building is in close proximity to the 111th Street subway station on the J Train and also near JFK Airport. It is a walk up building, built in 1932 and has four stories and 24 apartments. The original builder had great sense of style and vision with the public space. The lobby is ornate with rich, warm colors, wide open spaces, high ceilings, chandeliers, large floor to ceiling windows and plenty of sunlight. Most of the apartments have been renovated and upgraded and all apartments are wired for Time Warner cable television.
