Constructed in 1927, this 23 floor pre-war building has an ornate rooftop decorated with red tile and chimneys. with five apartments per floor, the building has smaller apartments than many other comparable buildings on Fifth Aeenue. It has two attended elevators, hotel and maid service, a lovely garden, a lounge, laundry room and private storage. No pets allowed but pied a terres are permitted. There is annual dining fee and monthly catering charge. No financing allowed. 3% transfer fee.
