Building: 820 Park Avenue

820 Park Avenue is a stately prewar building built in 1926 and designed by the famed architect, Henry Allan Jacobs. Located at the northwest corner of 75th Street, the building features mostly full floor and duplex apartments, although the building was originally designed to contain multi-story apartments. 820 Park Avenue features all of the white-glove services that one would expect of one of Manhattan’s finest residences. The building’s prime Park Avenue location makes it a neighbor to the most glamorous boutiques and department stores, art galleries, restaurants, museums and the Lenox Hill hospital.
