Litchfield and Rogers, built by Starrett Bros., Inc.in 1924 and the building was incorporated in 1925 as 800 Park Avenue Corporation. There are 16 units: 12 are full floor units, one penthouse and 2 maisonettes in this gracious prewar cooperative. This is a full-Service white glove building with a live-in resident manager. Each unit is allocated a storage bin in the basement. Pets are allowed as are washer/dryers.
