It has a well-maintained, attractive facade with pillars and seasonal landscaping along the perimeter of the building. The full-service staff of 17 includes 24-hour doorman and 24-hour attended elevator service. Amenities include a roof deck with views of the Empire State Building, a garage accessible from within the building, a bright air-conditioned laundry room and private storage for a fee, when available. The building is located at the northern edge of Murray Hill at East 39th Street, making it a very short walk to Grand Central Terminal and convenient to MTA subways and buses and all airport transportation, Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, New York Public Library, boutique hotels, shopping and wonderful restaurants. Officially known as The 80 Park Avenue Condominium, it is managed by Matthew Adam Properties, Inc. Electricity is included in the common charges of all units. The building has a “no pets” policy.
