The Elbertson is a landmark, Neo Georgian style brick building and it is located in America’s original master planned Garden community, Jackson Heights Queens. Built between 1936 and 1937 by the Cohn Brothers it incorporated fluted pilasters, arches and flanking windows, all which were typical of the later part of this now historic sector. Being a condominium in a neighborhood known for cooperatives and located within the Historic District, this building is indeed a rare find.

This is a commuters paradise, being centrally located and within walking distance to 74th street / Roosevelt 7, E, F, R and M trains as well as the Victor A Moore Bus Terminal.
