Building: 74 Grand Street

Located in the heart of SoHo’s Historic Cast-Iron District, this six-story, reconstructed landmarked building presents five full-floor luxurious residences. Designed by architect Joseph Pell Lombardi, the newly developed 74 Grand Street pays homage to its 1885 predecessor with the award-winning restoration of its 32-ton cast-iron façade.
