2004 new construction building with two full-floor lofts per floor in chic (and less touristy) south SoHo.

The lofts feature high ceilings, oversized windows, and exposed pipes, but are quite new and feel new (sorry, no cast-iron columns or exposed brick).

The front of the lofts faces east across cobblestoned Wooster Street, while the back bedrooms look west with a city view over gardens including the Peter Walker-landscaped common space of SoHo Mews.

7 Wooster carries a 421(a) tax abatement. Access is by keyed elevator, with video intercoms for security. There is no doorman, but a super is on call M-F 9-5.
