Erected in 1931 by Cord Meyer Development Company, Lexington House sits on the highest point in Forest Hills. This impressive landmark property was once awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Design by the Queens Chamber of Commerce. Converted to co-op in 1984, this six-story building has only 50 units across two wings, each with four residences per floor.
