Building: 619 West 163rd Street

Welcome to 619 W 163rd Street located between Broadway and Fort Washington and in striking distance of New York Presbyterian Hospital. This building is managed by the owners which means we take extra care that everything in and around is in good shape. Amongst others we recently replaced the boiler, installed new hallway windows and lights, added high-efficiency LED lights outside of the building, and updated the video surveillance system. In the common areas we use green energy and also installed energy efficient bulbs. Most of the apartments have been refurbished over the past years. Our tenants include professors, physicians, city officers, artists, Young Professionals, and many others.
