Building: 56 Crosby Street

56 Crosby Street is located on a cobblestone street in the Soho Cast Iron Historic District. The building was built in 1882, and was formerly a Department store. 56 Crosby was converted in 2001 to a 10 unit loft condominium. The lofts retained many of their original details with 13 foot plus ceiling heights to its wide authentic open spaces. The lofts range in size from 3000 to 9000 square feet.

The individual units have oversized windows, modern kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, central air conditioning and exposed brick. The Penthouses additionally have large private outdoor spaces. This discrete and intimate building maintains an inviting lobby with a part time doorman.
