Building: 525 West 238th Street

Fieldston Gardens was built in 1926 as a cooperative, and consists of 70 apartments with 3 to 8 rooms. The U-shaped Tudor style building has maisonettes at street level, and four floors above which are entered from the beautifully landscaped garden courtyard. All apartments have bright, open exposures, spacious rooms, and gracious pre-war layouts. There is a private park with key entry across the street, for the exclusive use of shareholders.
