Delivered in 2008, the building is adjacent to the Highline, which is currently under construction and slated to open late in 2009. Building amenities include a parking garage accessed via the building’s main elevator, and a common outdoor function space. The common outdoor function space is comprised of the entire 6500 sq. ft. 5th floor, which is the roof of the 4 floor base building. The building’s additional 6 floors are set back and suspended over the outdoor space. The building is served by a full time superintendent and security guard.
