This full service white glove prewar cooperative 14 floor building on a prime block in midtown Manhattan was built in 1922 by Dwight P. Robinson & Co., Inc. The handsome limestone façade is on the lower three stories with beige brick on the rest of the building. The coop was incorporated in 1945. On the Northeast corner of 58th Street and Park Avenue, the location is convenient to shopping and transportation.

The cooperative building, known legally as 58th and Park Avenue, Inc., has two apartments per floor and four combinations of A&B for a full floor. The A line has 8 rooms – 3 baths and 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 servant’s rooms. The B line has 7 rooms – 3 baths, two or 3 bedrooms and 1 servant’s room.
