Building: 463 Broome Street

461-463 Broome Street are two 5-story loft buildings in the Cast Iron Historic District in SoHo, together they make an intimate 10-unit cooperative building. 461 was designed by Griffith Thomas Architect and constructed in 1871 with a cast iron facade. 463 Broome Street was designed by Henry Fernbach, Architect and constructed in 1867 with a cast iron facade. The buildings are located on the south side of Broome between Mercer and Greene Streets in the heart of SoHo. 463 Broome Street loft building is 25+/- feet wide by 106+/- feet deep. High ceilings through-out. 461 Broome Street loft building is 24+/-Feet wide by 94+/-feet deep. All 10 units are full floor lofts and key-locked elevator entry.
