Building: 458 West 146th Street

Welcome to the Bradhurst Carriage House. This project was a complete reconstruction of a 110 year old historic building, originally built as a horse stable.

This loft was then a vacant warehouse located at 458 West 146th Street in Upper Manhattan.

in 2006, Eight luxurious very unique condominium lofts were created. The property features loft layouts with 14 foot ceilings in some units, wood burning fireplaces, marble, travertine and granite finishes, private keyed elevator, spiral staircases, exposed brick, skylights, roof terraces both private and common, duplex apartments, 12 foot windows in the ground floor loft and a lot more. The property is mentioned on the National Register of Historic Places. The Condominium was completed in 2007 and all units have been sold. Prices obtained for the condominium units set records for the Hamilton Heights area.
