Building: 407 Central Park West

The building located at 407 Central Park West and designed by architect L.F.J.Weiher Jr. in 1899, is a seven-story, 28-unit cooperative between 100th and 101st Streets and boasts a commanding view of Central Park.

Located on Manhattans ultrachic Upper West Side, the building sits on the Northwest section of the world famous, 840-acre (340 hectares) planned city park.
