Located at 406 Central Park West (also addressed as 1 W 100th St) is a six-story rental building found in the Manhattan Valley section of the ultrachic Upper West Side.

Designed by architect Charles Stegmayer, the brick and limestone corner building sits on the northwest section of the world famous, 840-acre (340 hectares) Central Park. Here on the north end of the peaceful green space, neighbors and tourist alike enjoy the Jackie Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, the North Meadow, the North Woods, a Conservatory Garden, and so much more including mature trees as far as the eye can see, stone arches and waterways.
