Building: 403 Avenue C

The building located at 403 Avenue C, is one of four sixteen-unit Cooperatives complete in the Neo-Renaissance style and found in the Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn. The four-story elegant buildings are true rowhouses spanning the block from East Fourth to East Fifth Streets. This small section of Kensington is largely residential and comprised of well-cared-for single-family homes and multi-unit dwellings. In this building, studios to three bedrooms homes are offered.
