Located on a lovely tree lined block between Park and Madison Avenues, 40 East 62nd Street is an intimate landmarked Pre-War condominium building. This neo-Medieval style brick, stone, and terra cotta structure was completed in 1911. In 1996, the nine-story building converted to condominium.
